I saw this on BBC news website, and thought it might be of interest to some people on here that are due to fly with EasyJet out of Newcastle Airport in the near future.

JET2 will hopefuly win some customers.

easyjet only do 2 routes similar to jet2 so theres no loss or gain really. jet2 are doiong nicely by them selves at ncl pax runs during the day and a cargo run with the conversion at night.

Wouldn’t think that Easyjet cancelling flights will win Jet2 that many customers as they don’t fly to any of the same destinations from Newcastle.
