Hi all;
A wee work jolly today resulted in a mad dash to Edinburgh,to catch the BMI Brussels flight (first shot on a jungley….ERJ135 G-RJXL) to deliver a package to a chap at Zaventem, that done left me with 4-5 hours to hang around,so, camera in hand…whats a boy to do??
Apologies on the quality, some are taken from the Embraer window, and most of the Brussels shots from behind tinted glass (photoshop in overheat!!)Hope you all enjoy anyway:

Thanks for the comments/replies…upon checking out the story further,it seems Armavia had a bad week losing their A320 in the fire and another one crashing 2 days previously!! Hey Antonio-John, that was probably it heading out to pick me up again at BRU. First time in a jungle jet for me, and by a country mile………………they have the best overhead air blower on any aircraft i’ve ever flown in 😀

Jet4you as you may have gathered from the colour scheme/font are TUIs new tour airline subsidary thingy in Morocco.
That fire you spotted was the SN hangar, built in the war (i believe) that burnt to the ground following an electrical fault induced fire. SN A330 was scheduled to be in there at the time but a last minute movement for the maintenance to Zurich was taken, so just a few other smaller aircraft destroyed. I think it was posted in commerical at the time + some fools were screaming about it on a.net

Belgian AF C130, Armavia A320, Armenian A320 and a HellasJet A320 were all inside and damaged beyond repair I believe.

Some excellent shots. I was out at EDI yesterday and saw X-ray Lima leaving probs about 7:45! Anyway the fire here is a link its the 5th story down.
