Ah the Vicky 10 had the pleasure of seeing one at NCL the other week.

Am i writein thinking apart from the Boeing 727 the VC-10 is the fastest airliner in the world.

I think I heard that once…? Obviously after Concorde got demobbed…;)

Silly question time.

Am I right in saying Mansion.com have paid to advertise on that plane?

😮 😮

Indeed they have.

And great shots of the VC-10 and Vomit Comets, I too had the opportunity to take a flight in one from Kinloss, sadly it got cancelled on the day, but I was told the inflight curry was a treat to behold (especially on the way back up).

Great photos, thanks for sharing them – seeing Kinloss again takes me back, found some photos the other day of the time I spent at a week at Kinloss, was lucky enough to get a ride on two seven hour sorties in Nimrods – the in flight meals were superb! I was almost the only one on the flight (including the aircrew) that didn’t throw it back up later on in the flight as well
