Editing animated GIFs

Anybody know how to edit an animated .gif file? Every time I try and resize one in Microsoft Photo Editor, the animation goes away :confused: Can I do it in Photoshop? If so, how?

Go to www.tucows.com and do a search on animated GIF editors. It should bring up several dozen and half of them will probably be free fully working utilities.

I don’t think so. You need special stuff
