Editing Problems.

All the Mods can do is point the Webbie at this thread. We have no involvement with the mechanics of the forum software.

I have just tried to edit a post again even though earlier I could on this thread now I cannot can’t even delete and seems to be over all the forum posts don’t what to do other than keep posting fresh posts when I want to edit. :confused:

Start another thread and then try and delete it (Don’t delete this one as it is interesting!). If you can’t delete it, copy it to a Mod or Webbie for suggestions.

Had a few minor problems over the years depending on which platform I use.

What was the most annoying problem, that the forum refused to ‘remember me’ on my (very old) PC, even between posts, isn’t a problem any more as most posts are now done on an iPad.

The new most annoying problem is that l can’t seem to post photographs; it all works fine until I’ve uploaded the photograph and selected the one to post, then when I touch the ‘done’ button, nothing happens and I’m stuck on that page. Posting photographs still works fine on my PC.

Same here! Neither can I – life’s too short…certainly now!!:D

On my smartphone I have the opposite problem. If I try and edit something it just deletes it instead.

Frankly can’t be bothered to stress about it.

Never had a problem with Flypast but have had with other forums. Forums sometimes update their web sites and this conflicts with your browser. Try using a different browser to open Flypast as an experiment.
