Was watching one of the many programs about the F-117 that pop up regularly on the documentary channels, in it, it spoke about how stealth technology is partially negated when the aircraft flies in heavy rain, which i found to be quite intriguing. Why is it that this occurs? Are there any other weather conditions which could affect the combat performace of a stealth aircraft?
