Effectiveness of Anti-radar missiles

hi,
What records are there about effectiveness of ARMs?
Most times they simply make the enemy switch of the radar (passive kill) but no hard kill. Are there any stats and reviews from Gulf War, Balkaans etc?

Furthermore, how well do other ARMs- Matra ARMAT, Kh-25MP, Kh-31 and Kh-59- compare to HARM?
Have the French use their Armats in any conflicts?
