Air Transat is a very good charter airline. I have flown with them many times between PIE (St. Petersburg, Florida) and YYZ, at least 8 times I think. And a few of the times it was on the 310. I must say that the coach seating is pretty cozy, esp for a 6’5” person like myself. You might want to consider upgrading if you can (this upgrade is available at check in if seats are available). I am not sure if every 310 has the upgrade seats but I have seen them and they are a definite improvment. Food was not bad and I have never had a problem with the crew.
Hope they have a good flight.

Lucky to get the A310 instead of the A330 ‘glider’ or the 757. I miss their Tristars, which were a true long-haul aircraft.
I suspect the seating is very high-density as they are a charter carrier.
