Egbu-28

hello

I’ve a problem fifuring out the EGBU-28..Is that a GBU-37 with a JDAM tailkit or simply a GBU-28 with GPS guidance? If so, I don’t understand why a plane without a laser designator (B-2) is its primary platform.
Also is there any pic available for that weapon?
