Egginton photos (03/10/04)

Went to Egginton airfield today so I could have a go with my newish camera and their were a few light aircraft doing some circuits and just general flying anyway here are the photos.

Oh and I got bloody soaked cause it was throwing it down and it was also a bit cold so I only stayed for about 2 hours.

DH88…

They have a very successful repair/maintenance facility there so I am guessing that it was another damaged aircraft arriving for work. The Comet has been there for a number of years and is in a dry/warm secure building on site….u can’t see it from the outside of the building.

I have always wanted to get my PPL when I am older but I am now seriously thinking about going for it next year so you might be seeing a load more of me down at Egginton 🙂
