Egyptian UAV overfly Israels nuclear facilities

Just read it this morning, what UAV’s is Egypt flying? why have they not been shot down yet by Anti Air defences in Israel?

I only found names of 2 UAV’s in egyptian service, Skyeye (and upgraded one) and Scarab.

how dangerous are these missions? what if one falls on the facility it self, i mean due to an accident or something.
