Hi,
After leaving Monchengladbach, (see seperate thread) my next stop was Eindhoven. Excellent views of the airfield can be enjoyed from an appropriately named road (the Spottersweg) which has good views accross the airfield and of the runway.
Eindhoven is very definitely Transavia territory:-

Ryanair get everwhere these days though:-

And Wizz Air do there best to brighten things up:-

Apologies for posting some military aircraft. I found the airport easy to find as I was guided in by DC-10 T-255 that was doing circuits:-

I don’t think I have seen anything that large doing touch and gos before – it was certainly quite a sight!
The highlight of my visit (and the whole trip) arrived after 255 had finished its detail – the rare C-17 02 of the Strategic Airlift Capability:-

I left just after the Cityjet flight to London City, and an hour later found myself at Antwerp. So quiet here I nearly got locked into the museum area, and the only aircraft of any note was Arcus Air 228 D-CAAR:-

I hope the photos are of interest – more can be found from these airports at http://www.flickr.com/photos/indiaecho/
