Will EirJet ever go in the Low-Cost market like EUjet did?

Operating the leased in ones must be because they were short (with 2 a/c on lease to Ryanair!) ?

EI-DKG-Full Eirjet colours
EI-DKF-Full Eirjet colours
EI-DIJ-FUll Eirjet Colours
Eirjet have a heap of work at the moment which is great considering its winter.
At the weekend they are also operating a 737-800 leased from Transavia and last weekend were also using a 757 leased from FlyJet.

Who has a red fueslage???
its good to see Eirjet getting work during the week as usually their planes just sit on the ramp in DUB. They will be in DUB for the weekend as EJ have quite a busy charter program from DUB at the moment.

EGNM is right, the other A320 usually operates LPL-DUB-LPL-TSF(Treviso)-LPL-GRO-LPL-DUB-LPL. A Hahn based 738 will takeover the NCL-Torp from Thursday to free up an aircraft for LPL-LDY (Derry).
Ryanair Captains are short of flying hours because of the 900 hrs a year rule which will be solved on 1 April when a new flying year begins for Irish licenced pilots. It happens around this time every year that RYR lease in aircraft for that reason. There are also a large number of Excel pilots working here for their quiet winter season. 🙂

LPL currently has 2 Eirjet A320s based (EI-DIJ and DKF) covering for a shortage of RYR crews. The Oslo Torp flight routes LPL-TRF-NCL-TRF-LPL and this is when you will have seen her operating. I myself even got a ride on my Torp trip a couple of weeks ago on one!
