Here’s one to test the combined grey cells of the forum: can anyone identify the likely aircraft the following panels were removed from? Something postwar with a gun sight, transponder and DME fitted. Presumably the presence of intercom indicates atleast two crew.

The following Auster models are approved for the fitting of the windmill generator in the stbd inner leading edge. J1, J1B, J1N, J4, J5, J5B, J5F, J5G, J5H, Mks 4 & 5. Mod 1678 is for the fitment of an AT157/3 three brush genny and Mod 2340 is for the fitment of an AT153/R regulated genny. Your middle panel looks like a scratch built and would be for a set of circuit breakers. Most Austers would have been fitted with the 5C/445 “Pirates chest” fuse box for single circuits or an 8 way 5C/761 for multiple circuits.

Many thanks for the help. Do you know which variants of the Auster family had this generator/panel fitted? There seems to be quite a lot of variation in Auster cockpits.
I think it should make a nice starter cockpit project, any help on what needs to be fitted would be appreciated.

Top panel is Auster. Full Charge /Half charge shows it had an AT137/3 three brush generator fitted (Standard on RH LE, near root) and quite often the starter pushbutton was fitted above the starter isolation switch

The bottom panel is for a Ground/Flight Switch, with all the interesting bits removed!
