Electronic attack against ground hardware

Let’s say an aircraft can get relatively close to make an electronic attack with its AESA radar, what kind of targets would be vulnerable among tanks, light vehicles, ATGM launchers, non armored artillery pieces using electronics, communication nodes, etc… I would imagine the armor would provide some protection.
