The A380 was on a regular service flight from/to Dubai, but it was for the airport’s 70th anniversary celebrations & the opening of its new international pier that Emirates used this plane.

Nice shot! My parents have got a couple of Emirates A380 flights to look forward to next month. I think they are more excited about that than the thought of three weeks holidaying in Thailand!
