Sorry to bump this, but there are a few rumours in the air about the show being revived at Goodwood, North Weald and Manston having been ruled out. Does anyone know any more? I don’t see how a grass airfield is a good substitute for Biggin.

Perhaps this should be in Historic?

I cannot access it but if anyone is on facebook check the Biggin Hill official’s statement about the future of the Air Fair at another venue with BoB connections.

Looks like the airshow is changing from a family day out to a more corporate show I would guess like Farnborough.

I wonder if this will have a positive effect on other airshows?
I certainly would consider replacing Biggin (in my personal airshow calendar) with another venue if the new display is not of interest.

Another airshow I never made it to along with Mildenhall. I am going to have to get around to some different venues before they all stop having airshows. I might see if I can make it to the new event next year.
