Im wondering what temperatures the air reaches on average in jet engines after coming out of the compressor but before entering the combution chamber. I would imagine it would be higher for turbojets than for the inner core in a turbofan. Im wondering if an electrically driven turbine has been ever used for heating a house. I would think it would be an efficient way to create heat.
