Photos of that project (WkNr. 1983) can be seen here: http://forum.keypublishing.com/showthread.php?125261-109E-Projects-current-status
This aircraft has been described as an E-7 on the “Preserved Axis Aircraft” site, and as both an E-3 and an E-4 in the thread linked-to (surely due to the progression of upgrades that the Germans did on the Emils during service).
Hangar 10/Air Fighter Academy already has a restored static Bf-109G-14 and a recovered Bf-109E wreck (from the Alps) on display at their museum/facility.

Here is another video from yesterday as well, of the same aircraft ground-running: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TzHwCxGR_0I
And here are some older videos, of the same aircraft, from when it was still in Austria, where it was built/restored (based on a recovered wreck), prior to it being sent to MeierMotors for completion – great sounds!: https://www.youtube.com/user/me109at/videos
The Hangar 10/Air Fighter Academy collection, based in Germany, owns this aircraft, as well as the Bf-109G-12 project at MeierMotors and the Bf-109E-7 (WkNr. 1983) which has been under restoration to fly elsewhere.

Excellent stuff. She’s a beauty, another fine product from MeierMotors. What’s that blowing away in the prop-wash? Be gone!
