Interesting on the Enola Gay (and the other articles). Seems she bounced around a few places before going to DC.
Seems Bock’s Car was pretty close to going to scrap as some reports wrongly had Sweeny’s primary plane, the Great Artiste, as the strike aricraft for Nagasaki.
