Erieye delay

Few days ago there were some articles in Greek political newspapers stating that delivery of Erieye systems to HAF could be delayed. The reason is that US companies are not cleared yet to export some critical components that have to be installed at Ericsson facilities.

Any idea what are these systems? (data link devices or something?)
