Essex wing field day 2004

Yesterday I attend the annual essex wing field day. it was an enjoyable day out and there was lots to do. I entered some of my pictures into the wing photographic competion. I won best single placed in aircraft recognition and i was the only senior entrant from my squadron. we came 3rd in the wing through this. at 15:10 we were overflown by Supermarine Spitfire AB910 which did a fast run and break over the airfieldwhich i filmed on video. all in all an enjoyable weekend with legends on the Saturday great machine that P-39 which i hope stays in the country.
