I thought it was a joke, but, no it is not. The Nobel committee has made some questionable choices in the past but this takes the biscuit. And Mr Barroso and Mr Humpty Dumpty and all the other grossly over-paid and self important bureaucrats will no doubt be smiling all the way to the podium.
