DA1 has been in the Flugwerft in Oberschleißheim near Munich for a couple of years. Think it was the first of the prototypes to go on museum display.

So have all these eurofighters run out of flight hours then? How many prototypes were there?
IIRC there were 6 prototypes
DA1 & DA3 – EADS
DA2 & DA4 – BAe Systems
DA5 – Alenia
DA6 – Casa – Destroyed in crash during testing

That one’s wooden, and used to be in Milestones until it was replaced by the (real) black Typhoon now in there. Plan for the wooden one is for it to be mounted vertically on the museum grounds as a sort of gate guard

So what is the Typhoon in the Bomber Hall, or is it even real.
You might just make it out in the gloom.

ZH588
ZH588 is indeed at Hendon – photos from January of this year (during reassembly) can be found here: http://www.museum-explorer.org.uk/show.php?page=exhibit&c=15&m=15&y=48&q=&e=4205&t=5

EAP is at Loughborough with a rumoured move to Cosford. They will aledgedly get a Typhoon prototype from Cranwell in return.
Cranwell (I’m led to believe) have a Typhoon prototype. The others will probably be at Warton and its European equivalents.

Which prototype are you after?
IIRC the EAP prototype is / was at Loughborough University?

I think that one of the prototypes (ZH588?) is at Hendon now.
