I saw that the other day on JP.net, and thought it was a wonderful photograph when I saw it there too. Well Done!

Is there much traffic at this airport? Are there any more photographs?

I feel sorry for Pakistan. Karachi was once the main Airport of South East Asia. Now it’s dead, British Airways/KLM/Lufthansa have all gone.

Gilgit is a pretty epic Airport though:

Thanks guys for liking it. Steve, this is the only direction for landing, however, a go around is possible. The new one would give you a better idea of this side of the valley. Wait for shots of the approach side to see the tricky part.
