Everything but the Flak – Help please!

Hello,

today the Postman finally brought me a packet containing my paperback copy of “Everything but the Flak”.
Well, fool that I am, I bought the only one lacking the first 8 pages. Would anyone be so kind scanning those from his book for me?

Cheers
…chris – who surely wonΒ΄t get much sleep this night πŸ˜‰

I was just about to make a similar response. My paperback copy is complete I misunderstood the original post. I think there were photos in the hardback version which I have not seen. Anybody with scans of those ? Thanks

You’re actually only missing one page of the story. It starts on page 7. The previous pages are nothing of concerne.

Chaps, it’s probably just a new marketing concept like the ones where you’re supposed to make up your own ending to the book only with this one you have to make up the beginning πŸ˜€

Seriously though, how annoying! 😑

My paperback begins with page 9: “-tions, which streched an expected trip of two days to eleven, a study of our logbooks showed the interesting fact that our time spent in the air – flying time only – exceeded slightly the time of Charles Lindbergh when he made the first solo leap of the Atlantic.”

By a strange coincidence my postman also brought me a paperback copy of “Everything but the flak” today. What are the 8 missing pages from this copy then ? And please can I have them as well. I could not afford a hardback copy as you will appreciate.
