Morning all…
According to a recent edition of Flugzeug Classic, the former Canadian Heinkel He162, WNr.120076 (AirMin 59, RAF serial VH-523) which was acquired by Aero Vintage/Historic Aircraft Collection Ltd a year or so ago has now apparently arrived here in the UK. Does anybody know where its being stored?

Top stuff Mark… very much appreciated my friend 🙂 Do you have any problems with my posting it (with full credit) on my Luftwaffe board?

With a known felon in SE England targetting WW2 aviation artefacts then the more secret the location the better….!

Thanks for the prompt feedback Daz… I don’t get any of the specialist UK aviation literature so wasn’t aware that she may already be here. Any pointers to her current location (possibly Historic Aircraft @ Duxford?) would be very much appreciated 🙂

It would have been an amazing sight to see that thing back in the air (like HAC had planned to do), but I can understand their reasoning for letting it go.

It was observed in a private store in SE England some eighteen months ago.

I thought it was already stored in the UK? A recent (Aeroplane?) news clipping suggested this…
