I’ve never flown with Excel but I have flown on other airlines with fold down TV’s and they are small LCD’s that fold down from the overhead panel every 4 or so rows.

does fold down tv’s mean 1 per seat or 1 every 2 rows?

They are excellent, you get leather seats and on the 738, fold-down TVs, plus the staff are excellent.
