Excel Airways in Liverpool

hey guys just on the Liverpool John Lennon site and look what is arriving into my local early hours!!!
does anyone know is this is going to be a regulaar charter service??

Sorry FlyMonarch, but BA pulled out of LPL-IOM on March 28th of this year, due to the retierment of the ATP. Sent a good luck e-mail to FlyJem, and got a nice reply back 🙂

I know IOM-LPL is the busiest link to the Island, however Emerald will be competing with Euromanx on the same route using ATRs

yeah there are 3 airlines flying the LVP-IOM BA ATP Euromanx ATR and Emerald/Jem ATP
3 airlines out of little Liverpool 😛

On excel’s site that don’t mention Liverpool in the timetables. These may just be one off charter flights

Haven’t seen it before, but it’s been a few weeks since i have worked a friday night shift – i am aware that excel are scheduled to commence operations through Liverpool as scheduled services. Will have a word with the guys in the know when I am on shift tommorow… if i remember!!!
