Just heard on Sky News that a 767 of Excel has diverted to Brindisi in Italy due to an apparant bomb scare. Reports say it was flying from Gatwick to Egypt. Will probably turn into nothing but better be safe than sorry given the current scenario.

Our pax are not sick, just stupid! I am sure they thought it was a laugh until things started getting serious and then their bravado turned very quickly into fear. If only they could catch these idiots.

Ah Hurganda and not Sharm El Sheikh, disgreard my above then.
767 wise, XLA5985 was/is due to depart Hurganda at 1655z to Gatwick, B762.
Two other Excel flights this afternoon but B738 and B752.
