Ezy A319

Hi Guys,

Not posted for awhile because of essays to write etc.

Students don’t just sit about drinking tea.

I was wondering how many A319 EasyJet have now?

Is there any chance on ewill be servicing Aberdeen on Saturday?

Cheers Sam

yeah, totally @ Mark L.

plus, wasnt it said at some point that the same or very very similar economies of scale can be achieved by operating two fleet types as opposed to one when airlines like easyJet are and are planning to operate numerous examples of each type!?

cheers,

LGKR

incidently, back on topic i caught a G registered EZY319 doing crew training sorties at EGNT a few sundays ago. she looked gorgeous and was very quiet 😉

I think the plan in the medium term is to continue operating both types, and to have all their pilots dual rated. Some of their 737s are weeks old, so will not be retired for many years.

There was one buzzing around Castle Donnington International on Friday, and there’s an advert in Loughborough with “Easyjet is proud to operate the new A319” at the bottom!

Yes they normally drink snakebite and Bacardi Breezers too.:D

You’ll see A319’s at ABZ eventually when they up the fleet some more. Here’s a shot of the first ever visit of one to Glasgow last year on it’s UK familiarisation tour…

I don’t think so. But they visit EDI regularly.

According to Jethro’s, they have 9. The 9th having just been delivered.
