EZY to get a 757…

Interesting…wonder where it will be based:

easyJet Airline Company Limited to wet lease one Finnish registered Boeing 757-200 aircraft
(registration OH-AFJ or substitute) from 3 July 2006 until 31 August 2006.

Taken from the CAA….

Easyjet have been sub-chartering a lot aircraft from other airlines recently.

In the past month in BFS i’ve seen them using:

Titan 733/757
Futura 734

The Futura A/C operates from LPL most days.

I’ll attach a picture, if it’s allowed in this forum

The 757 is operating the morning flight to Athens and the evening flight to Faro, I believe.

It isn’t a/c they are short of, but A319 F/D crews

My sister (XLA) was called out on SBY yesterday to operate the very delayed EZY flight to Alicante – something’s up at easyJet! I think they’re training according to Tom Fellows.

There was a photo of it at LGW yesterday, taken by Tom Fellows.

They must be pretty short of a/c at the mo.
