F-16 and dual missiles pylon

why the f-16 doesnt have dual missile pylon ( for A2A missiles) like other fighter? ( even the F-2 with bigger wing doesnt have dual missiles pylon ) it also have so little weapon station even when compared to the AV-8B ( also a small aircraft with small wing )

if it because the F-16 wing is so small then how come even the Harrier and Gripen have dual rack ?
