F-16 Combat Losses

hi,
I’m looking for details of the F16s combat losses to date in all conflicts ie. Bekka valley, Gulf war, Southern asia etc, including any disputed claims (excluding ludicrous serb ones).

Would really appreciate if any of you guys can help out.
