F-16 questions

So the F-16A Block 15 APG-66 radar was given a ‘Basic track-while-scan’ capability. Anyone have any idea how this differed from full TWS?

The later F-16C APG-68 TWS was 10 targets.

Which decoy dispenser did the Block 1, Block 10, Block 15 have? Supposedly the Block 15OCU added ALE-40. The ALE-40 was a 1970s system, so either all had ALE-40 or did the B1-15 have a different system?

When was the Combat Edge pressure breathing system introduced? Block 40, or was it refitted to Block 40?

HAVE GLASS I was the gold-tinted metabolised canopy and panel behind radar antenna to reduce radar signature.
HAVE GLASS II was PACER MUD RAM in engine inlet and frontal panels, along with PACER GEM paint to reduce IR signature.

When did these two upgrades take place?
