F-22 visiting ANG fighter wings?

I need your help on this one guys:

A friend of mine told me that an F-22 landed at Portland International Airport in Portland, Oregon a couple weeks back and visited the 142nd fighter wing located on the south side of the airport. Supposedly they towed it into one of the QRA barns and there was a large security contingent set up around the base. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Maybe it diverted on the way to or from Cope Thunder? I also said he heard the 123rd fighter squadron would be possibly recieving Raptors, in trade of their 30 year old F-15As, I DONT think so. When a raptor goes somewhere it seems to be a big deal, so this is very hard to believe.

Any ideas?
