F-22A Raptor's ENCOM Doubt

Hi all

I have a doubt about the Raptor’s ENCOM. I don’t know if it’s true or not but let’s suppose the F-22 controls its emissions in five levels.

I’d like to know if the Raptor pilot has a 360 degrees of SA and if it can shoot AIM-120s in its first level of emission?

I am not trying to take secret information, just trying to figured out the idea.
