F-4 Question

I should know this, but for some reason I’m having trouble getting a definite answer.

I’ve seen some QF-4 drones with two-seats and others I’m not sure about.

Do they all keep both seats of is the rear seat completely removed?

Perhaps it just depends on the specific jet?
