Just this afternoon I could have sworn I saw a F-4 Phantom flying quite high level in a northerly direction over Bury St Edmunds at roughly 14:15 possibly towards either Mildenhall or Lakenheath.
Please correct me if I’m wrong as to my sighting and I’d love to know what it was doing over these parts as it’s been years since I last saw one in flight.
