F-4D status?

I know you guys are tired of F-4 posts, but this one is especially important to me. I am wanting to know the status of the remaining F-4D’s? I know that BAe Systems which bought Tracor uses a few for weapons testing and stuff. I also know that Korea and Iran bought F-4D’s. What is the status of their respective fleets. I have heard that the Iranians D’s will be upgraded, but what about the Korean ones. It would seem that even though more modern E models as well as F-16′ are available, the D’s could be used for long-range interdiction or something of that sort. Anyone have any info?
