Can someone explain to me the correlation between the new (?) F-J register and the old (?) départemental registrations for ULMs in France. At Chatellerault yesterday I saw some ULMs carrying F-J registrations, others carrying the traditional registrations (comprising the number of the département plus two letters) and others carrying both of these! Also is either the F-J register or the traditional ULM register available online anywhere? The DGAC website never gave access to the traditional ULM register and neither does it now give access to the F-J register.

You could ask the DGAC I guess if you don’t find the answer anywhere…
A very sensible suggestion! As it seems that no-one on the forum knows, it looks as if I’ll need to ask the DGAC.
