F104 Starfighter question

It must be one of the most unique-looking birds in aviation history. To anyone’s knowledge, did anything else ever take to the sky which looked similar?

The Douglas X-3 Stilleto shared some similarities, including the very small, straight wings, T tail and generally high fineness ratio.

This was close in some respects to a F104 that is apart from performance.
