Isn’t the Phantom cockpit which was at RAF Coltishall at the City of Norwich Aviation Museum?
Seem to remember that this was complete.
A. Yes it is (to both questions)

Phantom cockpit projects
What help is needed Peter?
I noted, I have a F-4J and a sim body which are both fairly complete but I am aware of a few other Phantom projects which require parts.
If there is a decent 4L, 6L and 9L access panels available, I would be interested.
Anon.

the f-104 is still at brunty being worked on although it’s a small team progress is slow, out of the 3 ex-german cockpit at brunty briefly, 1 was mounted on a suitable trailer temporarily and remains at brunty and the other two have departed in a complex deal to get more f104 spares, brian is still actively looking for system components to get things up and running his friend glyn is actively sorting corrosion issues out inside the fuselage as the intake skin and some frames need corrosion treatment urgently. I believe they are looking at refurbishing the nose leg also as it has some missing and/or worn items on it. I’m hopefully off to see brian about something else as he’s only a mile away

I think I’ve got his e-mail address at home. I’ll PM it to you if I have.
I’m pretty sure there were 3 cockpits available, and he bought 2 of them.

Edit, found this on another thread, hope it is handy;
Anon said,
‘Thanks for the support pagen01 & Bruce. I’ll post some pics up soon.
I took the cockpit section of WK914 to Cockpitfest last year and may again this June (I had mentioned to a few people that I may take the F-4J Phantom cockpit in 2009 but with the transport costs being the best part of a thousand quid, it’ll probably not be going. Never mind, one day) If any of you go to “The Fest” this year come over and make yerself known.
By then ‘914 should be a lot tidier and cleaner as work is under way on a regular basis – though it never feels fast enough.
It’s that feeling you get when it’s time to down tools, clear up and go home to return again a fortnight later – it seems like an eternity in between visits. It’s a 250-mile round trip for me to get to Millom and back so I can’t get up there as often as I’d like.’

This one is more complete than the one I was thinking of.
