Ok, this one is going to raise a few eyebrows! 😉 I have been given some exquisite photo’s of RN F4U Corsairs on board an unidentified Royal Navy carrier including a superb air-to-air of JT565. Can anyone help identifying the carrier or squadron please?

Lee, i have more pic of Corsairs from the same source. one is on its nose on board deck. i’ll post them and let me know what you think. How was 565 written off?

JT565 was with 1834 Sqn aboard HMS Victorious. Sadly that’s pretty much all we know of her as she was written off shortly thereafter. Lovely pic of her!
