Whilst we know that the third world countries don’t mind coughing up for high tech weaponary and not the health service etc I’ve always been curious as to how much they spend on facilities, maintainence and pilot training. Do they ignore these things, hire mercenaries or are Eritrean, for example, MiG and Flanker pilots being trained in Russia?
