Fairford error

I guess this is the right forum for this info, perhaps you already know ?. Anyhow i live not far from Fairford and it appears that the major resurface/ runway rebuild/pan extension has had a slight setback. It transpires that after completing a fair proportion of the runway it was realised that the wrong strength of concrete had been used, consequently the whole lot is coming up again. This in effect has delayed the operation considerably, certainly no RIAT for the next two years, if ever again. Whats more it is rumoured, and this is no more than that,that USAF are seriously reconsidering the European deployment of B2 within the UK.
