Can you really get an angle to make the tail look twisted?

On second though, it is fake. The tail is curved alright, but the tailwing and the stairs are not. They should have been curved as well had it been a fish eye lense.
Correct, it should curve out equally from the centre in all directions with a fish eye. It’s a photo shop or a seriously hot day at the airport (lol).

That was my first thought as well. With a fisheye it might be possible.
