I’ve just done half a dozen screen caps, on various images, and every one has been 96dpi.

Small tech point.
Screen resolution on PC is 72 dpi. There will be no perceived reduction in visual quality until you go below this, even if the original was 1600 dpi

Jase, How many pix per inch are you using? If it’s more than 100 -reduce it, you’ll lose a bit of quality, but they should still be OK for on screen viewing. Got any shots of the 1000 lb craters on the ridge above Stanley?

cant seem to reduce photos small enough..as either jpg or gif..any help please?
