new Czech company Blaník Aircraft CZ (owned by Russians) will restart L-23 Blaník production and prepares new L-23NG. Company bought technical documentation and certificates from former Blaník´s producer Aircraft Industries (former Let Kunovice, now Czech company owned by Russians as well) and prepares production on former CzAF base in town of Přerov.
