Looking at these famous photos, I have noticed some strange insignias – note the black arrows on image (photo is from Squadron/Signal Walkaround book):
Central arrow is pointed on insignia, which looks like Thailand, and right arrow is pointed on star, which is like post-war Bulgarian (or Romanian, or Hungarian) star insignia with circle in it’s centre.
